Bestaande boom maakt deel uit van het ontwerp.
Op dit bouwterrein staat een mooie notelaar in de bouwzone. Zo een mooie boom willen we niet zomaar laten kappen. Daarom zorgen we er voor dat deze deel uitmaakt van het ontwerp. Op deze manier krijgt de woning zijn eigen karakter, specifiek aan dit terrein. De woning wordt rondom de boom gebouwd en vanuit alle leefruimtes is er zicht op de de boom, zo halen we de natuur helemaal naar binnen. Ook maakt de boom deel uit van het terras zodat deze in de zomer als natuurlijke zonwering kan dienen.
Aan de voorgevel is privacy een wens van de bouwheer. Maar daglicht binnenhalen is minstens zo belangrijk. Er wordt een groot raam in de voorgevel voorzien, waarvoor een muur in claustraverband gemetst wordt. Zo verzekeren we de privacy, zonder in te boeten aan daglicht. Op deze manier wordt een woning gecreëerd waar maximaal rekening wordt gehouden met de omgeving en de wensen van de bouwheer.
