Een woning met kinepraktijk.
De bouwheer van deze woning wou graag veel ruimte voorzien voor zijn kinepraktijk die aan de voorzijde van de woning is gelegen. De kinepraktijk is opgebouwd als een open volume met hoge plafonds en een rechtstreekse verbinding naar de kelder. Kelderpatio’s zorgen voor een overvloed van daglicht in de kelder met een maximaal behoud van de privacy van de patiënten. In de praktijkruimtes werd er ook veel aandacht besteed aan de toegankelijkheid voor minder mobiele personen.
Waar in de praktijkruimte de openheid primeert, neemt de gezellige sfeer de bovenhand in de woonruimtes. De zithoek vormt een aparte ruimte met zicht op de tuin. Het knusse, overdekte terras scheidt de zithoek van de open eetruimte met keuken. Een verborgen trap achter het keukenmeubel geeft toegang tot de bovenverdieping met de slaapvertrekken.
