Wonen in een split level.
‘Spelen met verdiepingen en volumes’ was een van de wensen van de bouwheer. Dat moest ons geen twee keer gezegd worden om een woning met split level te ontwerpen. De woning mocht hedendaags, minimalistisch en straks zijn, maar wel nog gezellig aanvoelen. In het exterieur vertaalde dat zich in een lichte gevelsteen in combinatie met houten gevelbekleding en ramen dezelfde tint. Door te spelen met de niveau’s en patio’s toe te voegen, valt het daglicht op verschillende manieren binnen.
De bouwheer houdt van gezellig binnen of buiten aperitieven, genieten van muziek of lezen en willen daarbij ook binnen kunnen genieten van het daglicht en het zicht naar de tuin.
Binnenkort volgen ook beelden van het interieur. Nog even in spanning afwachten.
